DAMAGED ORDERS
All our products are carefully packaged and sent to the shipping address supplied. Please check all parcels you receive from Anoint Skincare carefully before signing for them.
By signing for consigned goods when delivered, you are formally accepting that you received the goods in a satisfactory condition. If your order is damaged when you receive it, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as a claim will need to be filed with the Carrier.
Anoint Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and a claim needs to be laid directly with the Carrier. We will however do our best to find a mutually acceptable solution if your order does get damaged in transit.
FAULTY GOODS
We describe our products as accurately as we can. If any products purchased are demonstrably not to description, or are faulty in any way, we will accept the return of your goods and a offer you a full refund without delay.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please note that we are not obliged to accept products for refund if you simply change your mind. If you are in any doubt about a products suitability, please contact us before making your purchase. We are more than happy to help you make the right choice.
