We recommend using a quarter of a bottle for a foot spa, and a quarter to half a bottle for one bath. After soaking pat your skin dry. This is the best time to apply a deeply nourishing Lotion Bar to your skin.

Ingredients: Epsom Salts, Essential Oil of Lavender, Essential Oil of Patchouli, Lavender Rubbings, Cornflower Petals.

Epsom Salts are made of the mineral Magnesium Sulfate. As well as providing the body with Magnesium, soaking in Epsom Salts can also soothe aches and pains and promote sleep.

Essential Oil of Lavender The fresh, floral scent of Essential Oil of Lavender adds soothing therapeutic properties that can promote feelings of calm and relaxation. Essential Oil of Lavender is also believed to have anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, and antibacterial properties.

Essential Oil of Patchouli adds a sweet, floral and woody edge to the fragrance. It is known to be one of the best Essential oils for relieving stress and insomnia.
